I’m, shall we say, involved in travel reservations, and the number of people who actually pay for business class is astounding. In fact, the most common complaint I deal with is freequent fliers whose upgrade didn’t clear the waitlist. To **SoulSearching** , I’d suggest taking a look at Seat Guru for good info on which seat is good or bad on most carriers. It’s intriguing to say the least, and has seat maps for most major airlines.
