**JRFJR** , welcome to the Straight Dope Message Boards. I’d like to suggest that you start a separate thread on this topic, you’ll probably get better responses.

I’d also like to remind everyone that, prior to **JRFJR** ’s post (#39), the prior past was back in 2009. We don’t mind resurrecting old threads like that (in this forum, anyhow), but we do want to alert people to the fact. Some of the posters from 3+ years ago may not be around to respond.
