I just came across a post I supposedly made. I know I didn’t post it, as I would never express the sentiments in it. I can only conclude that someone has gotten hold of my password. Is there anything I can do besides the obvious, which is changing that password? ---

[/QUOTE] Report the post to a Moderator by clicking on the post directly above or below, pointing to the appropriate post, and saying, “Imposter!” Or words to that effect. ---

Email or PM a link to the post to one of the moderators. At the very least, they can check the IP stamped on the post to see if it, in fact, it matches one of yours or not. Also, are you certain it’s your username and not one which merely looks very similar? Compare your user ID (47743) to that of the user who made the post in question. Do you post from anywhere with shared access to a computer? Perhaps you got **Hal Briston** ed. ---

Reporting by the post above would have been obvious, but I, er, panicked. I do post from a computer at times that other people use, but I can’t think why either of them would do such a thing.
