Well that may have been the layout of a previous business that they didn’t change when the restaurant moved in there.

They could be break rooms, storage rooms, managers office, changing room for the staff.  
But most places seem to have a place where the waitress can take me back for some serious sexkata. That doesn’t happen to you?
