This “thing” about the Ole South and how angry they still are for losing the “war of Yankee Aggression”… How would they feel, if instead of trying to be conciliatory, the North had rounded up Jefferson Davis, Robert E Lee, and all the rest of the leaders and hung them for treason? And then installed REALLY punitive measures on whoever was left? Ya know, like MOST countries of that time would have done? I don’t condone that, but What If. ---

So Loser Don is sad at the loss of the “beautiful” statues… I happen to think that public art is a good thing, not that the Nazi-in-Charge will recommend public funding for it. So maybe we should start a Go Fund Me account to put up statues in the places of those removed. I vote the first such statue should be Harriet Tubman.
