Shame the American people can’t follow in the footsteps of his “university” attendees and sue him for fraud. Or throw him in jail for conspiring with the Russians to overthrow a fair election, or hell, maybe the IRS could “Al Capone” his ass before the Inauguration. There has to be something. ---

Trump will give plenty of justification for impeachment; it is just a question of whether the Republican-dominated Congress will have sufficient public pressure to follow through. But even if the Congress does vote for impeachment and vote for removal, that still leaves Mike Pence, who is way too smart to offer any pretext for impeachment even if the Republican leadership wouldn’t ardently support him. Be careful what you wish for; you just may get it. Trump is already balking against obligations of office, and the GOP leadership is already seeing that they’re going to be in conflict with Trump over some of his more extreme Cabinet selections. Trump’s manner “dealing” with people he seeks to do “business” with isn’t going to go over much better with Congress than it has with foreign leaders. Ten euros on Angela Merkel to take down Trump with an armbar within fifty seconds of their first meeting. Stranger ---

I think I agree with this. Pence might get us into a war on purpose, but if Pence and the Republicans want that war, Trump isn’t going to stand in their way. But Pence isn’t going to start a war by accident like Trump might. ---
