The best part of the tweet in question didn’t dawn on me until the second reading. Why exclude Fox, unless somewhere down in his dotard brain he knows that Fox is “the most dishonest, corrupt and/or distorted in its political coverage”? ---

I don’t understand why anyone keeps trying to tippie-toe around it. Trump is stone cold nuts. He lives in a fantasy world in his befuddled head that lasts from the second he’s in to the second that just passed, and that’s it. He reminds me of an old cat I once owned who barely survived distemper. The cat would hide his head under a pillow and think he’d somehow fooled everyone into believing he was invisible. For fuck’s sake. ---

He seems to have been referring to Native American tenure on the continent, not merely the time span since the Navajo service during World War 2. So…??? ---

It’s also possible that he knows vaguely that the real Pocahontas lived centuries ago, and he was trying to refer to that, somehow. He’s a confused guy. For a project I’ve been reading a lot of his current speeches and Tweets and interviews, and also a lot of his words from ten and twenty years ago. There is a very, very marked deterioration. ---

Is it just me or does Sarah Huckabee Sanders look utterly disgusted by having to repeatedly defend Trump’s stupid mouth diarrhea? She doesn’t sound it, but her demeanor just seems to be “tired of this shit.” I was almost as offended by her pivot around the slur as his uttering it in the first place. Kudos to her for not losing her shit the way Spicey did; it can’t be an easy job. ---
