He never says it straightforwardly; there’s always this air of ‘stepping out onto the high wire’ when he says it (or presumably, when he writes it). He’s defensive about so many things (with good cause); possibly his defensiveness over his IQ may exceed all others–even hand size. ---

Listen to anyone under age 20, and “like” used that way will be, like, just about, like, every other, like, word. ---

Right, it’s a verbal tick but he writes it out. It’s like typing “um” or “er”. I wonder if he’s using the speech to text feature instead of trying to spell all the words. ---

It’s completely bizarre that he would write it out in a place where there is a character limit. :dubious: You’re probably right: he’s speaking the tweets. It IS hard to picture him actually knowing how to spell some of the words he uses. ---
