Naturally the nation would rally round and understand that certain elements of the Bill of Rights must be suspended until we get to the bottom of this. John Kelly would selflessly work to coordinate all the investigations and associated changes that would have to take place in order to ensure that the ‘wrong element’ is kept under proper control. (Hope I’m wrong. Hope they don’t think they might get away with such a thing.) ---

I also don’t get your fixation with John Kelly in all of this. Yes, he works for Trump, but I see no indication that he’s willing to tear up the Constitution and turn the country into a dictatorship. If anything, I’d lean towards thinking he’s one of the few remaining people who reins Trump in, which is probably why there are so many rumors that Trump wants to fire him. ---
