And it doesn’t matter if you target it towards folks with real disabilities or others without them. ---

Boy, talk about missing the point! If he used the same set of mannerisms towards someone who clearly was _not_ disabled in that way, it would lend credibility to his defense. Such as it were. ---

Such as it were. He knows the person he is mocking has a disability and chooses to use hand movements and alter his voice to the “spaz-pantomime” version. It doesn’t matter if he does this completely unacceptable mannerism with dozens of other folks. He chose to do it to someone with an affliction that is very similar to what he did. There is no defense to this. It is extremely black and white.
