Back when I was about ten years old, if someone was messing with me in the schoolyard I’d quote some LL Cool J at them and tell them DON’T YOU NEVER EVER PULL MY LEVER. CAUSE I EXPLODE… AND MY NINE IS EASY TO LOAD. I thought I was the coolest muthafucka in the schoolyard droppin’ science on fools like that. I wasn’t. ---

Looking at this a slightly different way: According to the BLS the Pennsylvania civilian nonfarm workforce in June was a bit over 6 million. Let’s round down to an even 6 million. According to SHRM, 90% of all employers give salary increases on a set date. Let’s say that all of those (surely an exaggeration) do so in the second half of the year, so haven’t had a chance to give raises since the tax cut. 5% give raises on the employee’s anniversary date. OK, so we’ll ignore the other 5% (not on a set date or anniversary date). The year is half over. We should expect that 2.5% of the 6 million workers should have received increases – that’s 150,000 employees. Apparently the Republican tax cuts have screwed 77,000 workers out of their expected increases. ---

So, I’ve posited the theory that the 2018 election interference will be blatantly for Democrats. Today, a week after a 2-hour secret meeting with the orchestrator of the last act of war, an act which got him into office, Trump tweets the following: “I’m very concerned that Russia will be fighting very hard to have an impact on the upcoming Election. Based on the fact that no President has been tougher on Russia than me, they will be pushing very hard for the Democrats. They definitely don’t want Trump!” > ---
