No. The fact is that authoritarians make absolutely fucking thicker than pigshit decisions and surround themselves with dipshits – and get reelected. Christ, look at Turkey. In the 2000s, Erdogan actually had economic advisers who knew what the fuck they were doing. Then he decided he wanted to be the Chairman Mao of Turkey and has surrounded himself with morons - and yet the fucker still gets reelected. Why? Because most voters in a democracy are also thicker than pig shit and don’t understand that making X great again means voting against their own self interest. FACT! ---

I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve read through the tweets and it’s not completely clear. First he says that Lanny Davis was a source for a story, but then he says that CNN is still “looking” for the source. I don’t know which story he’s talking about. ---

Lanny Davis is apparently [known for misleading reporters](https://www.politico.com/story/2018/08/29/lanny-davis-reporters-media-anonymous-sources-michael-cohen-white-house-803920). The likely explanation for Trump’s tweets is toward the bottom of the linked story. ---
