SDNY issued their sentencing recommendations for Cohen today, which outright name Loser Donald as an unindicted co-conspirator in a number of felonies and almost certainly indicates that he’s going to be facing charges once he leaves office. Could someone fact check this piece, please? I need some eye drops after reading it. I guess the point that the writer is trying to make is although it’s now obvious Trump was trying to get a tower deal done in Russia, that had nothing to do with _election collusion_ and the subsequent desire to lift Russia sanctions. ---
