Holy shit! That link featured fact that I had never considered before. And judging by Trump’s fanciful pointy design he, unbelievably, must have also not considered. People dig tunnels under- UNDER!- fences. Alert Trump!! His pointy death fence has a flaw. With this new information I estimate that the fence wall thing will have to be as deep underground as it is tall and magnificent and pleasing to the eye above ground. So double the fence wall. ---
