I try not to be in the predictions game, because…\, but this will never get to SCOTUS, and probably won’t ever see a courtroom. It’s typical Trumpian bullyshitting (I just made up that word - opinions?). [CNN’s response](https://www.cnn.com/2020/06/10/politics/cnn-letter-to-trump-over-poll/index.html) was one of those letters where I have to believe that in-house counsel were fighting to be the one to get to write it.
