He had 4 years and republican control of the gov’t for two of those years. Couldn’t even get his partisan party to agree to a repeal. ---

Not that Trump or his administration necessarily had anything to do with it, but he could be talking about the monoclonal antibodies cocktail like the one being developed by Regeneron. They didn’t start working on the version targeted against COVID-19 until this past January. Hey, I was checking the trump twitler feed just now because I have a problem that also causes me to look when I drive past multi-vehicle wrecks, and there was a recent post (yesterday) that Twitter straight-up blocked. In the past they’ve hidden trump’s more outlandish and mendacious tweets and blocked comments, but you could still click to read them.
