He probably gets thousands of replies, and undoubtedly blocks or mutes anyone who says something he doesn’t like, and Twitter can’t show all of the responses so I suspect it would give priority to people he follows or has interacted with before. Also, he doesn’t care if things are true or even sensible, because he’s a bullshit artist.
