Fox News has been workshoppong the “What about Hillary and Uranium” routine as a response to any question about Trump and Russia. And I’ve been checking out Fox on a regular basis, because it’s been freaking hysterical lately. First they have this running “Trump report” that sounds like a babysitter on the phone with Mom and Dad. “He was frustrated Friday but his mood has improved. In general, he really loves working hard and being presidential”. I just saw a banner that said Isis Obliterated. When I listened to the story, it turns out they arent obliterated YET, but that should happen by next week. Because Trump. And some Iraqi guy said it would happen. The next banner said Democrats Block Trump on Everything. No story, just the banner Now the banner is Outrage of Democrats Tipping Off illegals to Raids, story is on sanctuary cities. And I just had to turn it off because the commentary was some false equivalency between sanctuary cities and “what if Trump made an executive order making tax evasion legal” . I can only take so much. But Fox is now the Trump Lullaby Channel. Not a channel geared to conservatives or Trump supporters, but a channel geared to Trump himself. Because they know he watches. ---

I forgot to mention Fox is giving heavy coverage to crimes committed by immigrants. Fox is like Sominex for Trump, it fills him with the self-righteousness he needs for a restful night’s sleep so he can be presidential in the morning. ---

Here’s the latest from Mr. Art of the Deal, the great negotiator. “The Freedom Caucus will hurt the entire Republican agenda if they don’t get on the team, & fast. We must fight them, & Dems, in 2018!” OK, Mr. Maker of Great Deals, do you want them on your team or do you want to fight them?? You can’t have it both ways,you moron. It’s like inviting someone to dinner then announcing your intention of poisoning them. Have you ever sold ANYTHING? You are the most confused unfocused negotiator that the world has ever seen. It’s like blaming the Dems for the ACHA fail. Guess what, if you need a group ( like the Dems ) in order to “win” your negotiation you need to invite them to the table. Didn’t they teach you that at Wharton? And what’s with 2018? OK, it’s probably a confused reference to the midterms but if the FC and Dems are running roughshod over your agenda now - why are you going to wait until 2018 to fight? Seriously, I don’t think the great businessman has ever really negotiated anything - maybe when he was young but not since the senility started to set in. I’m thinking he is brought in for ceremonial paper-signing after the deal has been struck and even at that, the kids sweat it every time and just hope he keeps his mouth shut. ---
