My experience with Car Max has been horrible. The car I bought did not have functioning AC when I picked it up. They said they would fix it in 2 or 3 days and it took almost 3 weeks. Then I had it back for maybe 2 weeks and the AC stopped again. When I got mad about this I was told off by their service manager. Amazingly bad customer service. Truly horrendous.
