**d\_redguy** , the birthrate is so incredibly low in the West we could easily breed more children with less women. The birthrate isn’t even high enough to maintaim the population as it is. Putting women into the workforce has impacted reproduction far more than putting women on the frontlines as our fighting force would. Whenever women are “liberated” this happens. There are frequently articles in the papers about the plight of career women who leave it too late to have children, this is a common thing. Feminism is an evolutionary dead end. It would be more reasonable to confine women to two roles, both for the perpetuation of society. Reproduction and warfare. Thanks, **Guin!** I ain’t too good at the pitting thing myself. I do think it’s clear that bluejohn has got some real troubles, and reading his responses here, I’m more inclined to pity him than anything else. He sounds schizophrenic to me, the way he posts hallucinatory garbage about women and claims that it’s factual; it’s as if someone tells me that the trees are walking around in broad daylight, and that that’s just the facts of the matter. How do you argue with someone whose perception of reality is so false? Someone asked who heads the matriarchy that controls our society. My guess is Georgia Bush, Tanya Blair, Jacqui Chirac, and maybe Sadie Hussein are behind a lot of it, but of course they have their minions as well. Such insane conspiracy-mongering! I suspect, in societies where monogamy (serial or otherwise) is the norm, what you get is a smaller number of mothers and a large number of unmated females. Hence and QED, from a biological standpoint, women ceased to be a precious resource round about the time we crack puerperal fever and the infant mortality rate: We no longer need every available woman married and breeding like crazy in order to keep the birth rate up.
