She showed up once at a Dopefest at my house. Juggled in my living room while Dominic watched cartoons in my den. She was beautiful and special. We have a Dopefest in Cleveland coming up, I will have a toast to her memory, she will not be forgotten. She will be missed. ---

Heartbreaking. Met Opal a bunch of times; she, my husband and I went to a great Pink Floyd cover band here in Baltimore. I remember after we moved away to Florida and my mother died, watching her discover herself as an artist and being so inspired by how she was turning her life over. I really don’t have the words & my deepest sympathies go out to her family, especially Dominic. ---
