Most people don’t. It won’t kill you if you do, but some people get sick. I imagine if you asked an afficionado they would say absolutely not. ---

The purist will tell you that cigar smoke should never be inhaled, just held in the mouth for a second or two. It tends to be thicker, heavier and generally richer than cigarette smoke, which is why some folks don’t feel great after inhaling it (especially when they’re still new to cigar smoking). Having said that, my opinion is that you should just smoke it in whichever manner you find most enjoyable - that’s what it’s all about! Personally, I like to inhale, as I find that I can pick out the various flavours better that way. YMMV, of course. ---

rarely. I know of a few inhalers, but they are the very small exception to the very large rule. ---
