Prop 56 failed, with a 65% majority voting “no”. An interesting number, since it’s very close to the majority needed to pass a budget in the Legislature. 
So, we have to assume that lots of Democrats voted “no”. Lots. The Dem primary surely brought out more Dem voters than Pubs in this CA election.
