I installed a couple of programs on trial (example Paint Shop Pro 7) I didn’t want to buy the program so I uninstalled it.

I went to start -> control panel -> and removed it that way.

However I notice the folder and a cab file that is HUGE remain on the computer.
It is located under

C: ->Program Files -> Paint Shop Pro -> and there is an INI file and the cab file and that’s all.

So it looks like the control panel removed it all except those file. And like I said the cab file is 75mb

Can I delete this?

Yes.

To expand on “Yes” - a .cab or “cabinet” file is just the installation source files for the application.
