I broke through snowbanks today and drove down to the county seat. The county has not apparently shut down. Traffic seemed about normal. Essential operations were operating. Non-essential businesses were dark. Shoppers mostly kept their distance. Some supplies were picked-over but only a few sections were empty. Life proceeds. ---
