read an article that Gov. Newsom is looking to negotiate agreements with foreign countries to exempt California from the retalitory tariffs. The problem I see is that it is an enumerated power of the Federal government

Gavin Newsom is full of nonsense ideas that are at odds with the Constitutional authority of the federal government over the prerogatives of the states.
