Same here - but the result, that I can’t get in or out of my driveway is the same.I can’t get the car blocking my driveway towed until the police come and ticket it, but for that I call 311. I’m not sure why I’m calling 911 for the car parked on my actual property- they aren’t going to issue a parking ticket, I can have it towed without police involvement and they aren’t going to arrest the owner whenever they retrieve the car.
Just doesn’t make sense that I call 311 for the situation that requires police involvement and 911 for the situation that doesn’t.
