Thank you for clearing that issue up. Those 3 things are quite possibly some of the most horrifying things i have ever heard. I am completely terrified of spiders, but now I won’t be thinking one will eat me from the inside out.
Thanks!

Welcome to the Straight Dope Message Board, **USTA** , we’re glad to have you with us. And we’re glad we could have put at least one fear to rest.

When you start a new thread, it’s helpful to others if you provide a link to the Staff Report, so that others can all be on the same page (as it were.) Yeah, it’s obvious now when it’s on the home page, but in another few days it will vanish into the great mass of archives. In this case, the Staff Report is [Camel Spiders](http://www.straightdope.com/mailbag/mcamelspider.html)

BTW, there’s another thread on this topic, as well: [Camel spiders](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=174185)
