I’m sorry, is there such a thing as a typical vaginal-elasticity thread?

You flunked sex ed, didn’t you?

(Psst. Not all virgins have hymens, either. Some girls are even _gasp_ _born without them!_)

Oh, here’s a radical thought. Did it totally _BLOW YOUR MIND_ that Orlando Bloom played a _blonde_ in Lord of the Rings? And with waist-length hair! Crazy, right? Ruined the whole set of movies for me.

Actually, no, it didn’t.

I gave Patrick Stewart a pass for playing a mind-reader in X-MEN, but demanded my money back upon seeing him brazenly sit in that wheelchair.

I’m sorry, but I just can’t deal with human actors playing non-human characters.

Sure I can. Spock was hot. 😃

I didn’t mind him sitting in the wheelchair.

I minded him complaining about the people who only wanted to date him because of his disability.

Your post history doesn’t mark you as one who posts unserious questions while insisting they’re serious, so I’ll answer in good faith. The answer to the question you asked in the OP is: Yes, you are supposed to imagine their vagina nice and tight, if you are going to imagine their vagina, and if you imagine the vaginas of those with children to be loose.

I can think of only a few films where that state of a character’s hymen was even mentioned, much less as a plot point. Do you have titles we can review?

Well there’s ‘Throbbin Hood Prince of Beaves’ and “Womb Raider”.

As I said, I could think of a few films. I was just wondering if the OP had the same viewing list.

Three pages in, nobody has mentioned foreskins.

Could a circumcised actor convincingly play a Canadian, or an Aussie?

this is aided by wardrobe where they wear a hoodie, how tight they close it gives the effect.

Well, if I were seeing it at the theater I would expect the playbill to contain diagrams if not photographs preparing me for the artistic, cognitive leap required to set sail from the home continent of virgin vaginas to the undiscovered country of childbearing vaginas. Specific visual genitalialogical information about all the actors would of course be the most comprehensive solution.

Maybe you should charge a dollar per head for this, uh… exhibit.

Madonna got pregnant while playing _Evita_. While the character never had children, she was definitely not a virgin.

The costumes were adjusted to hid her growing belly, but halfway through the movie I wondered “When did Eva get a boob job?”

And plenty of gay actors have played straight (Robert Reed as Mike Brady?) and in our enlightened times, straight actors have even played “teh gay.”

…at the Museum of Natural History? (I can almost see the curators of The Whitney & The Guggenheim waving you off and shaking their heads _No_. )

Yeah, but come on. If there’s ANYONE who knows how to play like a virgin, it’s her.
