That’s Patrick Swayze’s brother Don, but other than that I got nothin. ---

And that is Patrick Swayze next to Don. I pretty sure I saw that movie…once. ---

If we’re confident about the identities of the performers, IMDB’s [Collaborations search](https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?role=nm0000664,nm0842023) provides a total of six works they appeared in together, only two of which are movies (two are _“Family Guy”_ episodes, the other two documentary TV episodes about Patrick). Looking at the listings for those two, _[Powder Blue](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1032819/?ref_=sr_t_2)_ looks the most likely, since Don’s credit for _[Letters From a Killer](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0119522/?ref_=sr_t_4)_ is for stunt work. ---

My first thought was that it’s Patrick on the set of T_o Wong Foo,_ _Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar._, after sitting in the make-up chair, but before going to wardrobe. I didn’t know he had a brother so I thought both men are P. Swayze. ---

Is this a scene from the movie, or a picture from the movie set? ---

This is a candid shot from the set of _Powder Blue,_ one of the most gloriously awful movies of all time. I’m not usually one for “so bad it’s good” movies. But there is a handful of exceptions. This is among the most cringeingly entertaining of recent decades. Not as toweringly WTF as _Shadow Boxer_, but not for lack of trying.
