Sorry to be so vague:
I know at the begining of the movie it has a group of kids hanging out in a house that hasn’t been moved into yet in a new developing nieghborhood. One of them has a gun that they stole.

Also they talk about getting KISS concert tickets.

The theme song to the movie is Cheap Trick’s “Surrender”

Then it has that mute kid. When he’s talking on the phone; one tap into the receiver ment yes and two taps ment no.
Any clue as to what movie this is?

Thanks in advance.

How about _Over the Edge_ [IMDB cite](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0079688/)?

The key was doing a search for Cheap Trick songs.
