# Can anyone teach me how to shoot a wave of energy from my hand?

No! No! No! You need to be beaten almost to death and then heal, add a lot of loud primal type screams, and a fancy name for your new “technique”. Or simply work out in 80x earth gravity.

I have seen Benny Hinn [http://www.bennyhinn.org/index1.cfm](http://www.bennyhinn.org/index1.cfm), while healing someone on T.V., turn around after he has healed someone, and take the surplus energy in his hand and knock down some people on the other side of the stage like bowling pins.

In my opinion, chi is not actually a mystical power, but a useful psychological trick to get your body to do what you want it to. Your body is normally capable of alot more thant you make it do. The trick is in convincing your body to do it. Chi can be a useful way to prepare your brain to get your body to do stuff you want.
