I remember when I was 4 years old I broke 3 bones in my foot and two years later my foot suddenly started hurting out of the blue so badly that I thought I must have broken it again somehow.

Do you think it was recurring pain or can feet just hurt for no reason?

I think it’s pretty unusual for a six-year old to have severe pain two years after a broken bone. I’d suggest you have your Dr. check it out with an X-Ray.

It’s fairly common for older people to have osteoarthritis pain, inflammation, and swelling at the site of old breaks. By “older”, I mean after 25. If it still bothers you, have your Dr. check it out, he can best advise you.
