Evidence of frequent heavy binge drinking is, in fact, evidence of getting black out drunk. He behaved in a manner that leads to black out frequently. This is evidence that he has been black out drunk. Also, do you seriously believe that there was no alcohol consumed on that boat trip? The guys only, male bonding, boat trip where afterward he reminded everyone to keep things confidential even from wives. This wasn’t a boat trip in Utah. ---

a prosecutor in a trial is supposed to make the accused person look bad, not the victim. I guess if you are a hired gun you can reverse those roles. Just like a lot of former prosecutors become defense attorneys. ---

I have been on a boat trip in Utah and even a boat trip in Utah isn’t really a boat trip in Utah. ---

If she goes after Ford like a pit bull, they’ll be an the hook for being mean to her with an added dose of looking like cowards for farming the job out. They think this going to play better for them than questioning Ford themselves, but they are probably going to be wrong about that. ---
