To emphasize: the Republicans denied _everything_ investigatory, eleven to ten. Sen Leahy had a totally legitimate question about the Kav’s possession of information that was stolen. That was a legit question that deserved a legit answer. ---

This is ridiculous. Time allotted for questions should be based on the senators’ speaking time and not include Kavanaugh’s answers. He’s filibustering every question. He’s also bullying the Dems - I hope they find their balls (or ovaries). ---

This hearing is peaking my anxiety issues. Goddamn, this is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever watched on the TeeVee. I missed the entirety of Dr. Ford’s testimony - I just got home at around 3:00 (I was keeping up, periodically, via Twitter). ---

He should have had a MUCH better answer to the FBI investigation question. Just say “it’s not up to me to determine the process this Committee uses”. Wow, Graham is going off the hook. ---

This is some cringe-inducing shit. Kavanaugh’s testimony is very obnoxious and he comes off as being a really arrogant, untrustworthy guy. In other words, it is not going to help him.
