Even if it’s politically touchy for him to advocate an FBI investigation, there’s gotta be better talking points than “I wanted to have a hearing right away!” and “well, I’m here and you can interview me.” His inability to think beyond his script caused him to walk right into the trap that Leahy set regarding Mark Judge. ---

At least this is revealing (as if it wasn’t clear before) how partisan SCOTUS nominees can be, and how little GOP Senators care about the partisanship of their preferred SCOTUS nominees. ---

You can certainly SPECULATE that “(don’t recall)” was because he was blackout drunk, but it’s untrue and wrong to say “he acknowledged in an email being blackout drunk”. That’s false. ---

No, seriously, it’s quite likely he meant that he was drunk, but it’s not a slam dunk. He did not “admit to being blackout drunk”, and if you really think so, the Democrats would have brought that up. ---

My point is that “he acknowledged in an email being blackout drunk” is absolutely false. If we can’t agree on such an obvious fact, then it’s a sad day on the Dope indeed. ---

From your posts, it does not appear that you do. As I cite above, his buddies email that they plan on bringing booze when they cite the boat prices before “food and booze”. I mean, you don’t say what something costs without something else unless you plan on bringing that something else. Otherwise they should cite the price before koala bears too.
