Does Manchin have any plans to announce his vote decision, or are we going to have to wait until the actual vote to see what he decided? ---

But a couple of years ago, I would have expressed the belief that it was pretty well outside the universe of reasonable possibilities for a Senate leader to refuse debate on a nominee - ESPECIALLY when the nominee was neither extremist not blatantly unqualified. But, I guess I have to redefine the universe of reasonable possibilities to include ANYTHING that will help my party, without giving a damn about even pretending to be responsibly governing. Makes for a fucking bleak future! Damn, if it is gonna be this ugly from now on, I sure wish the Dems were more effective streetfighters. ---
