As more and more damning information is made public about trump, it seems to me that the most likely scenario is that he will very suddenly resign, and immediately declare to his “base” that he was hounded out of office for telling the truth and trying to help them, something they will believe wholeheartedly.

He’ll then hold some brownshirt rallies in congenial places, bath in the adulation, and go back to cheating people in the private sector.

My feeling is that this will happen in the next month or two.
