Why are you advising this, out of curiosity? Do you have experience with people walking into a clinic and getting hormones because they want more sensitive nipples? Why would it not be allowed? It would make the patient happier. There was a Scottish doctor who for a while was lobbing off the limbs of people who didn’t want them. Eventually he was stopped, but I understand that he made the lives of his patients considerably better. Such operations should be allowed for exactly the same reasons sex change ones should be. Not willy nilly, but if the patient is sure then go for it. ---
