can humans find animals 'attractive'?

Er…that should have read “sexual rather than aesthetic” in the first paragraph. I don’t think I can edit my post since I haven’t decide yet whether to ante up for full membership.

Nothing to add, just that one of the names of the Greek goddess Hera indicated her beautiful big eyes as “cow-like”.

And that I personally, often find certain human traits more beautiful if I can associate with some animal. For instance, Missy Elliott has beautiful, big, soft, almost liquid dark brown eyes, that I thought “cow like” the first time I saw them.

There is a whole genre of romance novels (modern paranormals) that have “heroes” that are part animal (lion, wolf, dragon, etc). I find it odd, but it’s a rising trend on the bestseller charts.

Weeeeeiiiiirrrrrrrrrrdddddd…I JUST asked my boyfriend the other night if he thought that animals thought other animals are cute. Like if our dog saw a cute little baby panda or something or a cute puppy, if they in their head say the dog equivalent to “awwwweeee.”

I think they do. I think that’s why dogs are often good with kids. See post #5.

He’s got that really big gun, though.
