I bought Flatout: Ultimate Carnage with the hope of playing online with some dopers, but unfortunately my laptop can’t render the graphics well enough to make it playable.

Can I gift it to someone after the fact or transfer it to another Steam account?
Seems a shame to have paid for it only to have it sit unused when I’m sure there’s someone here who could use it.

No. It’s one of the downsides of the Steam platform. It isn’t a technical limitation in anyway; they just don’t allow it.

Oh well - it was worth a shot.
Thanks for the info.
