I would like so much to see it. Hmmmmm…As if that is not clear enough, the agreement the moderators have to agree to in order to moderate zee board? ---

What makes you think there’s an agreement? Most volunteer jobs (and regular jobs) start like this: 1. People apply. 2. They pick an applicant and tell them they got the job. 3. They tell you what’s expected, what you can and can’t do. 4. If you overstep the bounds, they make you apologize naked in front of the steaming volcano. ---

How come, on the one forum that’s supposed to be for board questions, no mod ever gives you a straight answer? If you ever get one, it seems to come from someone else. Maybe _that’s_ part of their agreement?? ---

They “sign” the same membership agreement you do and then we take them out under a full moon and . . . oh, I can’t tell you that part. ---

Reeder, well, I saw part of a moderator agreement on another message board. A board way way more liberal than this one. Yet, on their agreement it clearly states that the moderators cannot insult the members. If they do, as they have there, they can get banned. It seems on the SD sometimes moderators tend to be a little insulting to the members with immunity. Maybe it’s just me? Has anyone seen or got insulted from a moderator ever? ---
