# Can massage therapy help to relieve pain from a probable herniated disc?

Oh man, I am having the shots on the 7th. Mine are not massive failures, but are pinching the nerve. My doctor said it’s a chronic condition.

I am not looking forward to those injections, but I so hope it works. I haven’t tried physical therapy yet.
