I didn’t get a chance to ask on [this post](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/harris-vp-choice-as-she-is-the-official-presidential-nominee-of-the-democratic-party-for-2024/1004552/1345) before the thread closed.

I recognize the people involved, but I don’t think I get what phrase or title or whatever it’s riffing off of. Explanation would be appreciated!
