Hm. I suppose I must be very clearly entirely sane: I can’t even fathom a relationship between that noise and the noise an engine makes. Maybe a cartoon engine. I guess. ---

The original cartoon was called (IIRC) ‘the blue thing’ or something like that, and consisted of the character miming the actions of riding a motorbike, while making the sounds; if you apply a little imagination to it, it does sound like a cartoon character attempting to vocalise the sound of a small motorbike (say 125cc) being ridden very hard; Ring-di-ding-ding-ding, buaaaaaar… ---

The original cartoon was called “The Annoying Thing” and can be found at [http://www.turboforce3d.com/annoying/](http://www.turboforce3d.com/annoying/). As I understand it, the whole thing was a joke based off one of his friends who recorded a silly mimicking of moped noises. Then it morphed into the sanity test, then the ringtone, then finally the Axel F video. ---

Ah, Crazy Frog strikes again. “Crazy Hits”, containing such recent ringtone- and NRJ Top10-chart toppers as “Axel F” and “Dj Crazy (Poporn Remix)” (I couldn’t make these up if I tried), is currently #1 on the album list in Finland. I weep for the future of our nation. Although I do find his frog penis strangely amusing. ---

That was… something. It combined the graphics from Final Fantasy VII and Tron. I was just waiting for Cloud to ride up on a motorcycle and chop the bastard or for the red guy to cut him off. ---

Here in the States, Mr. Frog now has his own album, entitled _Crazy Hits_ on Universal Records. I’ve seen it advertised. Mr. Frog is riding around on an invisible motorcycle. He is, yes, now absent of genitalia. Then again, this was Nickelodeon the ad was shown on, even though they did once show an African kid’s penis in an interstitial years ago… ---
