# Can someone ID this bug?

It is only a couple mm long, maybe half the size of a roly-poly. Some of these are hanging out on a windowsill, and I have found them before on a closet floor where some dog food was spilled and forgotten.

Looks like a [carpet beetle](http://pestcontrolcanada.com/Carpet%20Beetle1.jpg), a type of dermestid.

Definitely a dermestid beetle.
