# Can this SCOTUS ruling on USPS discrimination affect mail-in voting?

There are options for all these things in my mail-only state. Folks shouldn’t take the “mail only” part literally.

If you simply _must_ vote in person, you can. Or you can complete your ballot as soon as you receive it and 1) mail it back (I won’t!); 2) drop it at a designated ballot drop box (I will!); or 3) drop it at the Elections Board office. You just have to return it by 8:00 p.m. on the day of the election via one of these methods.

It’s very flexible here. But this regime is at war with mail-in voting states, so I will not trust the mail with my ballot. For me, this is not a change, but my determination to not use the mail is fiercely reinforced.

As I noted earlier, I’m most concerned about not receiving a ballot in the first place. People need to start keeping track of this in mail-only states, because I believe this is the most vulnerable area for the regime to game the system against us. And it is going to be hard for a lot of folks to be this dedicated to voting.
