It doesn’t even take extreme porn objects to cause permanent damage. Many victims of rape suffer permanent damage. If you have the stomach for it, just search something like “rape fistula Africa” and I’m sure you’ll find more horror stories than needed to illustrate the point.
Of course, there’s a difference between a violent act and one you willingly perform on yourself, but what’s surprising to me is how little damage can be caused when you do it right.

The answer is that it can, but that there is a community of people who enjoy stretching their orifices with no injury. A woman known as “BJ” has a web site where both her anus and vagina stretch to accept objects as large as two fists, a bowling pin and even a three liter soda bottle.
