# Can we discuss recent trends in moderation?

You are often the instigator of the hijacks. Your posting record readily shows this. Maybe stop hijacking threads, and you won’t get shut down before presenting your “shots” and getting your “personal jabs” in.

For the record, in the subject thread to which I believe you are referring, I didn’t see anyone jabbing. I saw them setting the record straight.

Wow. That thread was much, much, much milder than I was expecting from your description. I’ve seen worse on prime time broadcast network TV shows. (I’m looking at you, Chuck Lorre.)

It’s not that it’s particularly salacious. It’s that it’s fucking _embarrassing_. That’s why I call it cringe.
