The OP is referring to [this incident](http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/06/09/sergio-adrian-hernandez-huereka_n_605557.html) in which two border patrol officers on bicycles were assaulted with rocks. They defended themselves and unfortunately a 15 year old boy was shot. It appears he was shot on the US side, but died on the Mexican side of the river. Details are still a bit sketchy.
No word on what **CBEscapee** thinks of [this](http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/2009-07-26-borderagent_N.htm) news item from about the shooting death of a border patrol officer:

…Right, because alien smuggling deserves the death penalty now? The item doesn’t say that this “punk” fifteen-year-old was throwing rocks. (And if good ol’ “fair and balanced” FOX could’ve said he was throwing rocks, they would’ve!)
The OP, however, is pretty lame. I understand the anger, and I’m even on his side from what little I know about the situation. But he’s such an over-defensive whackadoodle (as his history here has shown over and over again) that he’ll _really_ need to bring more to the plate if he wants anyone can sympathize with his POV.

Well, we haven’t done anything when the Mexican military has illegally crossed the border and held a Border Patrol agent at gunpoint. I believe that’s an act of war.

Yes, you can shoot back. It does make it more fun.
Fuck it all! USA should take over everything from the Northwest Territory all the way down through South America. What ever happened to the good old days of invading countries, enslaving the people and killing anyone that didn’t like it?
By the way, why isn’t there all of this anomosity towards the Spainards? They pretty much changed the entire bloodline. And talk about death and destruction, those Spainards rocked!!
